Mission Statement

The Dana Law Firm has a well-deserved reputation as a leader in innovative and cutting edge estate planning with experience of over 20 years. The firm’s diverse practice extends beyond ordinary trusts, wills and other common estate planning documents. Not only does the firm draft and implement estate plans, it also represents the executors and trustees named in the documents to assist in settling the estate or administering the trusts after the initial clients have passed. In addition, the firm has attorneys that are highly experienced in Elder Law matters such as representing clients that are applying for ALTCS and representing clients that want to protect their assets from being depleted from the high costs of nursing homes. The firm represents clients from diverse backgrounds including clients with modest estates as well as clients with substantial wealth. There is no client that is too big or too small for the firm.
