Firm History
Matthew S. Dana is the founding attorney
for the Dana Law Firm.
He began his legal career working at Bethancourt & Fuller,
an Estate Planning Law Firm in Mesa Arizona.
After more than five years with that firm he & his
paralegal started the Law Offices of Dana & Associates,
P.A. in Mesa. The firm was originally located
in Mesa at Power Road and Southern. As the
firm grew, we relocated to a larger office
in Mesa on Falcon Drive and began to specialize
in Estate and Trust Planning. During the early
1990s, other offices were established in the
Northern Arizona cities of Sedona, Prescott
and Payson; bringing a specialized practice
to smaller towns. In order to service the rural
offices, Matthew became a pilot in 1993 and
flies on a weekly basis to the northern Arizona
locations. We have experienced first hand the
growth of these towns and are proud to serve
our clients in these communities. Continued
growth brought the need to expand our staff
and relocate our main office to our current
location in North Scottsdale in August of 2001.
